A slow cooked pork shoulder (braised in lots of wine, onions, and garlic), with a warm endive salad, rustic mashed potatoes, and really nice bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Follow that with a really nice cheese plate, and a bottle of Château d’Yquem, and call it heaven.
